the directional sign and its location shall be submitted to the Director of <br /> Community Development for review and approval prior to installation. <br /> 7. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to noise, parking, <br /> traffic /circulation, or other factors, at the discretion on the Director of <br /> Community Development, this conditional use permit may be submitted to <br /> the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. <br /> If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br /> mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> Possible mitigation measures can include, but are not limited to: modifying <br /> the hours of operation, prohibiting amplified music, hiring additional <br /> security personnel, or other measures deemed necessary by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 8. Activities conducted on the subject property shall comply with <br /> Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (Noise Regulations). The <br /> applicant (or designated representative of the business) shall ensure that <br /> all DJs performing on the subject property are aware of the City's noise <br /> regulations. <br /> 9. Except as noted above, all previous conditions of approval for <br /> Case PCUP -129 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> (end) <br />
