The photocell light shall be no more than 75 watts, unless after it is installed, the Planning <br />Director determines that the light bulb is not bright enough to illuminate the flags, in <br />which case the applicant may increase the wattage of the light bulb to a maximum of 100 <br />watts. <br /> <br />9. The flagpole light shall be equipped with an automatic timer that shall turn offthe light <br /> between 10:00p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The location and design of the timer shall be subject to <br /> the review and approval of the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> <br />10. The diameter of the flagpole shall be proportionate to the height of the flagpole. The <br /> diameter of the flagpole shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br /> Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />11. The size of the flags shall be appropriate for the flagpole and shall be proportionate to the <br /> height of the flagpole. <br /> <br />12. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br /> to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be allowed on Federal <br /> Holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be <br /> equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />13. All appropriate City permits, including a building permit, shall be obtained prior to the <br /> construction of the flagpole and photocell light. <br /> <br />14.
