R. <br /> FORDE ASSOCIATES FOR ANNUAL SANITARY SEWER <br /> REPLACEMENT, CIP NO. 082002 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The project consisted of replacing existing damaged sanitary sewer mains, laterals and <br /> manholes with industry- standard upgrades along Vineyard Avenue from Regalia Court <br /> to Adams Way, in order to improve sewer capacity and flow. Construction of the subject <br /> project is complete and ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the improvements for this project. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. <br /> 3. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $13,224.02 to W.R. Forde <br /> Associates thirty days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The replacement and upgrade of the existing infrastructure will provide a new and <br /> structurally sound sanitary sewer piping system for this area, which will improve carrying <br /> capacity and reduce both current and future maintenance issues and costs. <br />
