1110 <br />in the Town of Pleasanton, and providing for inspection fees and penalty for <br />violation of the provisions hereoft" prepared for Dr. Clemens and to meet <br />such expenses as might be incurred. <br />The following resolutions were then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 1527 - -- Authorizing the payment of the salaries of the munic al <br />officers' for the month of November and amounting to 745.00. <br />1528 - -- Authorizing and instructing the Clerk to return to the <br />General Fund the sum of 4397.83 which he was authorized <br />and instructed to borrow as of October 1, 1934, as per <br />Resolution No. 1521 in order to complete payment due on <br />interest payable ,on account of the 1929 ItiIunicipal <br />Improvement Bond Fund, the aforesaid $397.83 to be drawn <br />from the 1929 Municipal Improvement Bond Fund. <br />1529 - -- Authorizing the payment to Macedoni Catalini the sum of <br />$4.00 for right- of -naay privileges on his property on account <br />of Town of Pleasanton Mater mains for the period April <br />1, 1930 to March 30, 19.34. <br />Action on the resolutions were then taken as follows: <br />Resolution No. 1527 -- Adopted on motion of Councilman Amaral, seconded by Council- <br />man Olesen and with all the Councilmen in favor of same. <br />No. 1528 -- Adopted on motion of Councilman Madsen, seconded by Council- <br />man Amaral and with all the Councilmen in favor of same. <br />No. 1589 -- Adopted on motion of Councilman Amaral, seconded by Council- <br />man Madsen and with all the" Councilmen in favor of same. <br />There being no further business the.meeting adjourned at 9:45 o'clock to <br />meet in regular session, January 7, 1934 at,, 7:30 P.IVI. A <br />Approved; City Ulerk <br />42; �fW - - <br />Mayor <br />Pleasanton, California, December 14,1934 . <br />The Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton was called to order in special <br />session at 7:30 o'clock on the above, written date by Mayor Thomas Orloff. <br />Present at roll call were Councilmen Rivolta, Amaral, Olesen and Orloff, <br />Councilman Madsen was absent. <br />The Clerk then presented Resolution No. 1530, a "resolution authorizing <br />the Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton to apply for approval of Civil Works <br />Projects in behalf of the Town of Pleasanton, and designating the officer <br />of the Town of Pleasanton to supervise the execution of said projects." <br />The Clerk explained that the administration had requested that an officer <br />of the municipality be empowered to sign the contract and that the Superintend6nt <br />of Streets be designated the office of the municipality to supervise the <br />execution of Approved projects within the municipality. On motion of Councilman <br />Olesen, seconded by Councilman Rivolta and with all the Councilmen in favor <br />of same the resolution was.passed. <br />There being no further business before the meeting, the meeting adjourned <br />on motion of Councilman Olesen, seconded by Co oilman Am ral. <br />City C lek <br />Approved: <br />or <br />
