PUBLIC UTILITIES: Councilman Toney. :-No. increase..required, over present. proposal. <br />RESOLUTION 2115: Perscribing the time for paying salaries and wages of officers <br />and employees. Such time being semi monthly, on the 1st. and 16th. days of each <br />month, was adopted on a motion by Councilman Toney, seconded by Councilman <br />Trimingham and approved by all Councilmen. <br />CITY ATTORNEY GALE: Handed down a opinion, as to the legality of the pruchase of <br />Kottinger Village by the Town:of,Pleasanton. Stating that by virtue of the Calif. <br />Housing Authority Act and it would be a Lawful purchase. <br />THERE BEING no further business_ to come before the Council; The meeting was ad- <br />journed 11 :00 P.M. to meet again in regular session, 8 :00 P.M.
