PUBLIC UTILITIES: Councilman Toney. :-No. increase..required, over present. proposal. <br />RESOLUTION 2115: Perscribing the time for paying salaries and wages of officers <br />and employees. Such time being semi monthly, on the 1st. and 16th. days of each <br />month, was adopted on a motion by Councilman Toney, seconded by Councilman <br />Trimingham and approved by all Councilmen. <br />CITY ATTORNEY GALE: Handed down a opinion, as to the legality of the pruchase of <br />Kottinger Village by the Town:of,Pleasanton. Stating that by virtue of the Calif. <br />Housing Authority Act and it would be a Lawful purchase. <br />THERE BEING no further business_ to come before the Council; The meeting was ad- <br />journed 11 :00 P.M. to meet again in regular session, 8 :00 P.M. Monday August <br />7, 1950. <br />Mayor <br />The Council of the Town of Pleasanton met in regular session at 8:00 P.M. <br />on the above date with Mayor Oxsen in the chair. Roll call showed: Councilman <br />Hansen, Trimingham and Toney present. <br />Absent Councilman Hewitson due to illness. <br />MINUTES: June 21st.<,:July 3rd., llth. and 24th. were read and approved as read. <br />CLAIMS NO. 32 57 incl...amounting to $2,312.75 were presented and referred <br />to the Finance Committee: <br />32 Manuel W.
