BONDOLFI dffered to draft the application. <br />COUNCILMAN TRIMINGHAM Clerk to write the Co's who have submitted estimates for <br />detailed information, guarantees etc on their equipment. <br />JACK FIORIO: informed the Council that the weeds were being taken care of at their <br />lots on Rose Ave. that the family is considering building a court on these lots <br />either 8 or 10 units if the Town would take care of the sewage problem that they <br />would prefer the Town to install a pump. If they had to have septic tanks they <br />would not build. <br />•COUNCILMAN ABROTT estimated $400.00 for Septic Tanks $1,000.00 completed. <br />$585.00 for a pump to handle up to 15 units plus pipe and than hole. <br />COUNCILMAN TRIMINGHAM suggested to have the Engineer go over this situation. <br />DISCUSSION followed whereupon Mayor Oxsen told Mr. Fiorio they could proceed <br />with their plans, as the Council would install a pump. <br />ATTORNEY GALE stated that Mr. Amaral has presented him with a deed to the properties <br />on Kottinger Ave.'and that search was made by the Oakland Title Company and appear- <br />ed to be in order. <br />J. J. AMARAL said that the street was wider than it was thought to be with the <br />land the.property owners herewith Deed to the Town it will make a 551 right of way. <br />CLERK was instructed to contact Goodridge for Plans Specifications for Kottinger <br />Ave. <br />DEED presented to the council by Attorney Gale called for adoption of Resolution <br />No. 214 Deed from property owners. <br />Councilman Trimingham moved the adoption Resolution No. 21O, was seconded by Council- <br />man Hansen and approved by all Councilmen present <br />CLERK was instructed to forward Deed Search to Engineer Goodridge upon his approv- <br />al return Deed 2 certified copies of Resolution to Mr. Amaral to have same recorded. <br />CLERK was instructed to apply to.
