IRWIN asked the Council if the grade had been established on Angela between 2nd <br />3rd St's for the purpose of curbs gutters? what would be done with the ditch <br />now existing. <br />MR. G00DRIDGE answered that the grade had been established that there would be no <br />need for a storm ditch. Mr. Goodridge went on to explain that he had presented the <br />Council with the specifications for same. <br />MAYOR OXSEN stated that this question has come up many times in the past suggested <br />th t an effort be made to contact all the property owners suggesting that they <br />14mie one contractor to do the job. It would be cheaper for all concerned and the <br />job would be done. <br />MR. IRWIN said that paving would be necessary if the curbs were erected as there <br />is quite a space between pavement proposed curb line. <br />MAYOR OXSEN replied that the paving would be taken care of soon after the curbs <br />construction as possible. <br />MR..FORREST ADAMS asked if the City would do the rough grading if the property own- <br />ers made arrangements to erect the curb gutters. <br />MAYOR OXSEN stated that the Council would take the matter under advisement. <br />MR. IRWIN asked about trees in the curb line. <br />MAYOR OXSEN the City would remove them if they're in the Street. <br />MR. GOODRIDGE stated that tree roots along Bernal, on the South side were in curb <br />line suggested that the line be moved over one foot. <br />MR. PERRY of the P.G. &E. asked if any P.G. &E. poles were in curb line? <br />MR. GOODRIDGE stated that so far they haven't found any. <br />MR.
