Councilman Trimingham) then approved as corrected. <br />MAYOR OXSEN, before going on to regular business called on Mr. Bell who pres- <br />ented the Council with information about a portable traffic signal, that was <br />at the intersection of St. Mary's Main Streets for several hours during the <br />afternoon and evening.
