I hereby certify that Heafy, Moore and McNair hnnve completed the work for the improv ment of Neal striiet -ia tile Town of 214®suntvn, from iiain street easterly, in accordance with line and grade as established by me and in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by me and filed with the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton. Recess ,The Board then took a recess during which the F1nance committee examined the claims and the offdurs8 monthly reports. Whn the board was again called to order the Finance committee, through its chairman Trustee Pickard reported having exa med and approved ¥lainns numbered from 43 56 56 inclusive, amounting to $1075.56, and moved that warrants be drawn in favor of the respective claimants. The motion was seconded by Trustee Bairos, and carried by`the fo.11)wing vote: Trustees Pickard, Garatti, Bairos, Orloff.and.Bruce voting in favor. No trustee voting ne. Absent none. Trustee Pickard also reported as having examined and approved officers' monthly re- ports, whieli Were ordered placed on file. Resolution No. 988 Superintendent of sts. Whereas: George A.Po.sey having discharged the duties of paving Main street and Neal streets in a. satisfactory manner. Therefor bebit.resolved Reorge A Posey be and he is Hereby removed from office of Supt. of Streets..' And be it further resolaed that Frank C.Nevis is hereby appointed Supt. of Streets of the Town of Pleasanton at the regular salery of 15.00 per Month. The Clerk was instructed to write to the S.P.R.R.Co. and the W.P.R.R.Co. requesting them to place Combination Wig Wag,and Bell Signals at each of the street crossings in the Town of Pleasanton.
