ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1270 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT <br /> COMPANY FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-85-17 <br /> (PUD-85-17M) <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 86-373 of Prometheus Development Company <br /> for a 456 Unit Multi-family Residential Complex and <br /> request for Lower-Income Exemption ot Growth Management <br /> Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on August 5, 1986; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 5, <br /> 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: That the major modification be adopted subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> <br /> A. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the revised plans, dated 6/25/86, Exhibit A, on <br /> file with the Planning Department, except: <br /> <br /> B. That the applicant be required to assign and clearly <br /> label all on-site parking spaces. <br /> <br /> C. That red curbs and "No Parking" signs as required by <br /> state law to enable enforcement, be installed along <br /> all curbs along interior access roads in order to <br /> maintain clear fire lanes at all times. <br /> <br /> D. That the buildings be constructed to attain the <br /> City's interior noise level of 45 dba. <br /> <br /> E. That the final design of the "Tomax" type soundwall <br /> proposed along the northern property line be <br /> submitted for review to the Planning Director prior <br /> to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
