Review shall include exterior design, <br /> materials, textures, colors and means of illumination, <br /> but shall not consider elements of the design that are <br /> not visible beyond the boundaries of the site." <br />Section 3: Section 18.20.030(C), Title 18 of the Municipal <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended to <br /> read: <br /> <br /> "No addition to a single-family residence, an <br /> accessory structure, exceeding ten (10) feet in height <br /> or a fence, wall or hedge greater than six (6) feet <br /> but not over eight (8) feet in height shall be <br /> constructed or erected until the site plan and <br /> elevations, as required in Section 18.20,040 (a) and <br /> (d) have been approved by the Zoning Administrator." <br /> <br />Section 4: Section 18.20,060(b), Title 18 of the Municipal <br /> Code is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br /> "b. Action by Zoning Administrator on Certain <br /> Accessory Structures, Additions to Single-family <br /> Residences and Overheight Fences. <br /> <br /> (1) The Zoning Administrator shall check the site plan <br /> and architectural drawings or sketches showing <br /> building elevations for compliance with the <br /> requirements of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> (2) If compliance with the requirements of this <br /> Chapter is found, the Zoning Administrator shall send <br /> notice of the application to the property owners of <br /> immediately adjacent properties. The Zoning <br /> Administrator shall determine the area within which <br /> property owners are to be notified by mail. If within <br /> seven (7) days of mailing said notice, the Zoning <br /> Administrator receives a request for a hearing, he <br /> shall schedule an administrative hearing within seven <br /> (7) days. <br /> <br /> <br />
