Section 2. Section 1 of Ordinance 1376 and Section 11.38.120 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 11.38.120 Penalty <br /> A violation of this Chapter shall be punishable as an infraction as provided in Section <br /> 1.12.020 of this Code." <br /> Section 3. A summary of this Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton, and the complete Ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the Office of <br /> the City Clerk within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 4.
