CONCLUSION <br /> Staff believes the planning process suggested above will meet the Council's direction to <br /> create a PUD modification process that will involve all stakeholders, including residents <br /> and interested members of the community, to create a new vision and direction for <br /> Hacienda. It will allow for all issues to be discussed in a public forum under the guidance <br /> of a task force including policy- makers.
