Approved regular and special meeting minutes of September 1, 2009, and special meeting <br /> minutes September 9, 2009 <br /> Councilmember Thorne requested that the agenda amendments reflect Council consensus on <br /> continuance of Item 12; PPOL -1. <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1997 amending Chapter 1.12 <br /> (General Penalty) and Chapter 11.38 (Residential Permit Parking Zone) of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Public Hearing: Approved submittal of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br /> Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) For Fiscal Year 2008 <br /> (08/09) <br /> Community Development <br /> 4.
