6. Utility Work: In the event that it becomes necessary for the City, or any utility <br /> company with a public service easement, to remove pavers to perform work on <br /> the utilities located under Bradford Way, Ponderosa Homes or the HOA shall <br /> be responsible for the cost of replacing the pavers and returning the road to its <br /> original condition. <br /> 7.
