The Initial Study is the environmental document addressing the <br /> impacts of the Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. The Initial Study evaluated the <br /> environmental effects of the proposed Master Plan, and found that after mitigation, the <br /> proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
