That if the hydraulic calculations being generated by the <br /> applicant indicate that there is not sufficient capacity <br /> within the Rosewood Avenue storm drainage system, then the <br /> applicant shall be required to resubmit a revised drainage <br /> and grading plan for review and approval by the Planning <br /> Director prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />13.
