Ordinance No. 1248 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 2. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the <br /> Planning Department for approval prior to issuance <br /> of any building permits. The applicant shall <br /> incorporate more trees and shrubs to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Director. <br /> <br /> 3. That the exact colors of the building and sign be <br /> submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> 4. That the applicant attempt to increase the number <br /> of parking spaces on the site through use of a <br /> larger proportion of compact spaces, said <br /> modification to be approved by the Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development. <br /> <br /> 5.
