Section 103.4.2 of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition <br /> (24 CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 2000 Edition, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in <br />the Master Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Section 20.12.020 Section 102.3.2 Amended - Penalties: <br /> <br />Section 102.3.2 of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition <br /> (24 CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 2000 Edition, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Penalties for violations shall be as provided in <br />Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 20.12.030 Section 604.1 Amended - Materials: <br /> <br />Section 604.1 of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition (24 <br /> CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 2000 Edition, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />604.1 Water pipe and fitting shall be of brass, copper, cast <br />iron, galvanized malleable iron, galvanized wrought iron, <br />galvanized steel, or other approved materials. Cast iron <br />fittings used for water need not be galvanized if over two <br />(2) inches (51 mm) in size. Asbestos-cement, CPVC, PE, or <br />PVC water pipe manufactured to recognized standards may <br />be used for cold water distribution outside a building. All <br />materials used in the water supply system, except valves <br />and similar devices shall be of a like material, except where <br />otherwise approved by the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />Section 20.12.035 Section 413.1 Amended - Fixture Count <br /> <br />Section 413.1 of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition (24 <br /> CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 2000 Edition, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />413.1 Fixture Count. Plumbing fixtures shall be provided <br />for the type of building occupancy and in the minimum <br />number shown in Table A-29-A, of Appendix Chapter 29 <br />of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition, <br /> 47 <br /> <br /> <br />
