Fire- Extinguistfing System <br /> <br />Section 902 1. -1.2 is amended to read: <br /> <br />UBC Standard 9-3 is amended to adopt National Fire Protection <br />Association (NFPA) 13D-1999 Edition. This Standard includes <br />installation of fire sprinkler systems in buildings up to fifteen (15) units <br />and up to a maximum of twelve thousand (12,000) square feet maximum. <br /> <br />Chapter 1-General Information amended- <br /> <br />Section 1-1 Scope is amended to read: <br /> <br />This standard describes the requirements for the mechanical and <br />performance properties of the sprinkler itself.
