21. That the owner of Parcel 9 shall be responsible for <br /> maintenance of the 69 inch diameter oak consistent with a <br /> landscape use plan approved by staff. Such maintenance to be <br /> reviewed by the homeowners' association semi-annually and if <br /> said maintenance is deemed to be unacceptable, the <br /> homeowners' association shall be responsible for maintenance. <br /> Included in this semi-annual review process shall be a report <br /> by the owner of Parcel 9 to the homeowners association and to <br /> the City of Pleasanton as to the adequacy of the moisture <br /> probe system. These provisions are to be filed with the deed <br /> on Parcel 9. <br /> <br />22. That the driveway location for Parcel 9 shall be as shown on <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> <br />23.
