Section 3: Section 2-6.14 (Conditional Uses) of Article 5, <br /> Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br /> of Pleasanton is hereby amended by adding subsection "n" <br /> to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "n. Skateboard ramps." <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be recodified by appropriate <br /> editorial means into the revised Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code being prepared for publication on the date of <br /> adoption of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption· <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on December 17, 1985. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on January 7, 1986 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> B~! <br /> · NDES, <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APpROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
