<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chamber <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, March 25, 2009 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission Regular Meeting of March 25, 2009, was called to order <br />at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Pearce. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; <br />Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Donna Decker; <br />Principal Planner; Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; <br />Steve Otto, Associate Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, <br />Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jennifer Pearce, Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne <br />Fox, Kathy Narum, and Arne Olson <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Greg O’Connor <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. February 25, 2009 <br />Commissioner Olson referred to the fourth full paragraph of page 26 and requested <br />that a statement be added to indicate that the information had not yet, at that point in <br />time, been provided to the Planning Commission. <br />Chair Pearce requested that the first sentence of the last paragraph on page 26 be <br />modified to read as follows: “Chair Pearce stated that she cannot support the <br />proposal because she thinks the sectionSection 66427.5 is much more limited in <br />scope than has been discussed.” <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, March 25, 2009 Page 1 of 27 <br /> <br />
