Zoning for <br />the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development – Low Density <br />Residential) District. <br />Chair Pearce stated that a member of the audience had submitted a speaker card for <br />this item and indicated that this item would be pulled from the Consent Calendar and be <br />heard as the first Public Hearing item. <br />6.PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />(5.a.)
