<br />Condition No. 43: Delete the phrase “ <br /> costs if the City is required to <br />permits” to exclude the cost of staff time in the amount of <br />acquire the <br />the bond to be posted by the applicants; <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Narum requested that a modification to the construction start time be <br />included and that Condition No. 22 be modified to allow non-habitable accessory <br />structures outside the building envelope which would not count toward the FAR, <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Dolan suggested the submittal of a Construction and Management Plan, subject <br />to the approval of the Director of Planning and Community Development and the <br />City Engineer which would cover an array of comprehensive construction-related <br />issues. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker referred to a discussion on modifications to Condition No. 83 regarding <br />the use of deed restriction instead of easements and to Condition No. 22 regarding <br />adding llamas and horses, confirming that the Commission would like to add more <br />breadth with regard to the allowed animals and vineyards. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce and Commissioner Narum accepted the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />Condition No. 18: Include language that would require the applicant to <br /> <br />submit a Construction and Management Plan addressing general <br />construction issues and prohibit construction traffic along Foothill <br />Road during morning rush traffic at Foothill High School. <br /> <br />Condition No. 83: Utilize “deed restriction” instead of “easements” with <br /> <br />respect to the preservation of open space; and <br /> <br />Condition No. 22: Allow a variety of grazing animals and require a <br /> <br />conditional use permit for agricultural activities and non-habitable <br />accessory structures outside the building envelope; <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O’Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Fox. <br /> <br />Resolutions Nos.
