ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, <br />Development Services Manager; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner; and <br />Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Anne Fox. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a.
