Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #320, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated October 15, 1985, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan for construction of a <br /> 7,350 sq. ft. day care facility, an 8,000 sq. ft. <br /> commercial/office building and additional parking area <br /> (over the Pleasanton Canal) north and east of an <br /> existing shopping center (Hopyard Village) located at <br /> the northeast corner of Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald" <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on October 15, 1985. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on November 5, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: c~ · <br /> NNETH R.
