Final detail design to be <br /> approved by the Planning Director; <br /> <br /> d. that a modified landscape improvement plan be <br /> submitted for planning staff review and <br /> approval providing interim landscaping in <br /> Phase II areas; <br /> <br /> e. that modified parking and circulation <br /> improvement plans detail curbing and other <br /> interim measures to control circulation in <br /> Phase II areas shall be subject to City <br /> Engineer review and approval; and <br /> <br /> f. that tile is required on the roof of the <br /> interior walkways. <br /> <br /> 2. That the development be subject to all requirements <br /> of Ordinance No. 1165 as adopted for PUD-84-4. <br /> <br /> 3. That separate design review and approval and <br /> modification to this permit is required prior to <br /> development of Phase II to insure design integrity <br /> and compatibility with the Meadow Plaza <br /> development. <br /> <br /> 4. That the developer shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development and made part of this <br /> case by reference attached hereto except for <br /> conditions 12, 33, and 46. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> Of Pleasanton on October 15, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
