Sec. 2-2.3421 -CERTAIN VEHICULAR USES ALONG MAIN STREET <br /> PROHIBITED <br /> <br /> The following vehicle related uses of property and structures <br />along Main Street within the District are not required to make <br />reasonable use of such property or structures, are inconsistent <br />with the architectural character and purpose of the District, and <br />are prohibited: <br /> <br /> A. Vehicle ingress onto and egress from property and <br /> structures; <br /> <br /> B. Parking lots or structures. <br /> <br /> C. On-site parking of vehicles closer than fifty (50) <br /> feet to the Main Street property line. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3422 - SETBACKS PROHIBITED ON MAIN STREET; <br /> REQUIRED ELSEWHERE <br /> <br /> Setback of structures from property lines along Main Street <br />is prohibited. Setback of structures located elsewhere within <br />the District is permitted, and may be required in those cases <br />where the Board of Design Review finds that the architectural <br />character of the District and the built context of the <br />improvement will be enhanced while not depriving the owner of <br />substantially all reasonable use of his property. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3423 - PROJECTIONS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS <br /> <br /> Along facades on Main Street only, the Board may allow <br />projections consistent with the adopted guidelines and may, where <br />necessary to the design solution, allow such projections to turn <br />the corner onto another facade.
