WALL SIGNS <br /> <br /> Maximum of one (1) square foot per linear front foot <br /> <br />of business establishment to be located not higher than <br />the lowest of the following: <br /> <br /> a. Twenty-five (25) feet above grade; <br /> b. Bottom of the sill line of the second floor <br /> windows; or <br /> c. Cornice line of the building. <br /> <br /> Note: For any business occupying a corner location, <br /> the allowable square footage for a wall sign on one <br /> street frontage cannot be transferred to increase <br /> the allowable size for a wall sign on the other <br /> street frontage. <br /> <br />3. PROJECTING SIGNS <br /> <br /> Maximum of forty (40) square feet, twenty (20) <br />square feet per side per business establishment, to be <br />located no less than eight (8) feet above grade and to <br />project no more than five (5) feet from the building <br />wall and to be situated not higher than the lowest of <br />the following: <br /> <br /> a. Twenty-five (25) feet above grade; or <br /> <br /> b. Cornice line of the building. No projecting <br /> sign shall be located less than five (5) feet <br /> from any common wall or other point common to <br /> two (2) separate business establishments on the <br /> <br /> - 13 - <br /> <br /> <br />
