Sec. 2-2.3410 - PROHIBITED SIGNS <br /> <br /> All signs not specifically permitted, excepted, or exempted <br />by provisions of this Article are prohibited. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3411 - SIGN INVENTORY <br /> <br /> The Zoning Administrator, within six (6) months of the <br />effective date of this ordinance, shall complete a sign inventory <br />of all signs within the District, both conforming and <br />nonconforming. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3412 - EXISTING NONCONFORMING SIGNS <br /> <br /> A. Every sign lawfully in existence at the time of the <br /> adoption of these regulations which is neither specifically <br /> permitted under these regulations or exempted from these <br /> regulations is an existing nonconforming sign. All existing <br /> nonconforming signs shall be permitted to remain and not <br /> subject to amortization, subject to the limitations contained <br /> in this Section. <br /> <br /> B. Existing nonconforming signs shall not be moved, <br /> altered, or modified in any way. Any such sign so removed, <br /> altered or modified shall immediately become an illegal <br /> nonconforming sign and shall be removed or abated as provided <br /> in this code. <br /> <br /> C. A nonconforming sign shall become unlawful and shall <br /> be removed immediately upon any change in the use or <br /> <br /> - 11 - <br /> <br /> <br />
