Graphics. <br /> <br /> The Board shall be guided in their review of improvements <br />within the District by the adopted Downtown Pleasanton Design <br />Guidelines. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-2.3409 - ALL SIGNS REQUIRE A PERMIT; EXEMPTIONS <br /> <br /> A. No sign shall be erected, altered or moved without a <br /> sign permit. <br /> <br /> B. The following signs shall be exempt from these <br /> regulations: <br /> <br /> (1) Any sign erected and maintained pursuant to and <br /> in discharge of any governmental function or <br /> required by any law, ordinance, or government <br /> regulations; <br /> <br /> (2) Political campaign signs maintained in <br /> accordance with Article 18.5 of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> (3) Signs not visible from any public place. <br /> <br /> C. The Zoning Administrator or his designee shall <br /> approve the sign permit prior to said signs erection if the <br /> plan conforms to the architectural plan for the sign and/or <br /> conceptual scheme for temporary signage. <br /> <br /> - 10 - <br /> <br /> <br />
