Introduction <br /> This Initial Study and Negative Declaration (IS /ND) provides the California Environmental Quaky <br /> Act (CEQA) environmental analysis for the proposed City of Pleasanton Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan <br /> (hereinafter called Master Plan) and portions of its implementation. <br /> The environmental analysis for the proposed project uses current and historical documented <br /> information derived from the proposed Pleasanton General Plan 2005 -2025 and from environmental <br /> impact reports prepared by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Revised 9/4/09 1 9/4/2009 <br />
