Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Initial Study <br /> routes. Many of these people would othenvisc travel in automobiles and be subject to similar hazards, <br /> although some trail users may be additional people drawn to the area. The increased usage that may <br /> result from improvements to the pedestrian and bicycle circulation system would be a minor increase <br /> and would therefore be considered less than significant. <br /> The amount of excavation required for construction of bicycle routes, sidewalks, the trails due to the <br /> Master Plan's implementation would be minimal. Any potential impact would be mitigated by <br /> application of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and the Alameda County Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br /> Program regulations. Erosion would be a less than significant impact. <br /> No Impact.
