Scope of Services Kiva upgrade to Accela Automation City of Pleasanton, CA <br /> ACCELA AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS <br /> TruePoint will provide services related to the implementation, deployment and training of Accela Automation software <br /> to meet the City's current and future needs. <br /> TruePoint will work with City staff to optimize Accela's portfolio of software, and customer experience to enable the <br /> City to successfully deploy its Accela Automation solution and meet its functionality, timing and cost requirements. <br /> The following diagram depicts the implementation process, broken down into six project stages: <br /> Develop Solution <br /> and Customizations <br /> e BUILD <br /> 0 INITIATION }ANALYSIS Q READINESS DEPLOY <br /> CONFIGURATION <br /> Review Goals and Analyze and Design Test. Train and Go Live and Post <br /> Plan Project Solution Configure System Prepare for Go Live Production Support <br /> I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> TruePoint proposes a joint team approach to collaboratively configure and implement the Accela Automation software. <br /> The system will be implemented using a combination of resources from the City and TruePoint with some specialty <br /> services provided by Accela. This will ensure that the City is prepared to maintain the system going forward by having <br /> hands on experience during the configuration. The following sections describe the proposed implementation services <br /> for the City in detail. The project will include the following modules and add -on products: <br /> Implementation of the Accela Automation Land Management Module for: <br /> Building <br /> Planning <br /> Public Works <br /> Implementation of the following Accela Add -On products: <br /> Accela GIS <br /> Accela Wireless <br /> Accela Citizen Access <br /> PROJECT INITIATION <br /> TruePoint will create a Master Project Plan with a critical path summary, all project milestones and deliverables that <br /> detail the effort described for this engagement. The draft of the Master Project Plan will be prepared in conjunction <br /> with City project staff. The Master Project Plan will be maintained by TruePoint. <br /> A Project Kickoff meeting will also take place during this project stage. <br /> An estimate of 32 hours is allocated for Project Initiation services. <br /> 2009 TruePoint Solutions, LLC.
