Employee training. <br /> The Accela Automation software being installed is a web -based land management <br /> information tool that is used to automate workflow related to permit issuance and <br /> development tracking. In addition to the primary module, TruePoint will be configuring <br /> and installing a number of Accela modules including the following: <br /> Accela Citizen Access that facilitates public interaction by providing on -line public <br /> information regarding permitting activities; <br /> Accela Wireless that facilitates real -time field inspection data and actions from <br /> mobile devices used by field service employees <br /> Accela GIS that allows for geographic representation of all land -use, zoning and <br /> infrastructure information associated with a parcel, or permit. <br /> As indicated above, TruePoint Solutions' work will be performed on a time and material <br /> basis for an amount not -to- exceed $224,100. Of this amount, approximately $14,800 is <br /> for travel reimbursement which both parties will monitor closely. The replacement of the <br /> KIVA land management system has been anticipated for some time and its replacement <br /> is partially funded with $140,000 in the City's Information Systems Equipment <br /> Replacement Fund (046900).
