One requirement of this process is the preparation and distribution of a Tenant Impact Report, <br /> which states the rights and protections of Park residents. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the Tenant Impact Report "TIR for Vineyard Mobile Villas, which has <br /> been prepared in conjunction with the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Some of the rights and protections stated within this document are: <br /> The actual conversion (sale of lots) will not take place for a minimum often years; <br /> Until the date of conversion, the current Rent Stabilization Agreement will stay in effect <br /> for the duration of its term; <br /> Upon the conversion: <br /> No one will be evicted; <br /> You may continue to rent your space, with State law protections; <br /> You will have the option to purchase your lot. <br /> This TIR also reflects the additional benefits and protections that the Park owner has agreed to <br /> provide to all residents who entered into and abide by the Conversion Committee Agreement. (See pages <br /> 5 -7 of the TIR.) <br /> I encourage you to read this document carefully and if you have any questions, please call me at <br /> (310) 393 -4000.
