ATTACHMENT 10 <br /> SPACE NO. <br /> VINEYARD MOBILE VILLAS <br /> CA Gov't Code 66427.5(d)(1) SURVEY OF RESIDENTS <br /> This Survey requests information in two categories: (1) general information, (2) support <br /> for the change of ownership. Each household should complete one (1) Survey and mail the <br /> completed Survey to The Office of the City Attorney, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton, CA 94566 -0802 <br /> in the enclosed self addressed, stamped envelope. No one in the Park will see the individual <br /> Surveys. The only information that will be provided to resident households or the management is <br /> a summary of the data gathered. <br /> SECTION I. <br /> General Information <br /> 1. Is your home in Vineyard Mobile Villas your primary residence? <br /> YES NO <br /> SECTION II. <br /> Survey <br /> The effect of a change of the method of ownership from a rental park to a resident owned <br /> condominium park, as proposed, provides a choice to the resident households. In the future, <br /> residents may purchase their condominium interest or may continue to rent the lot [space] on <br /> which their mobilehome is located. You can support the eventual change of ownership to a <br /> resident owned condominium park without a personal desire to purchase your lot [condominium <br /> interest]. Support of the conversion to resident ownership does not mean that you will be required <br /> to purchase your lot. <br /> 1. I support the approval for the future change of ownership of the park to a resident <br /> owned condominium park. <br /> 2. I decline to respond at this time. <br /> 3.
