11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Six inch vertical concrete curbs shall be installed between all paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department <br />prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer <br />intends to recycle at least 50% (fifty pement) of the total job site construction and <br />demolition waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall be provided <br />to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance ora fmal building permit. During <br />demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins <br />"trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project <br />developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste fi.om the <br />site. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final lighting plan for the site for the review and approval of <br />the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. Lighting shall be directed <br />away from adjacent properties and, if deemed necessary by the Planning Director, shall <br />incorporate cut-off shield type fixtures to prevent glare onto adjacent properties or <br />roadways. <br /> <br />The location of any new pad mounted transformers shall be subject to approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of permits by the Building Department. Such <br />transformers shall be screened by landscaping or contained within an enclosure matching <br />the building and with corrugated metal gates. Ail transformers shall be shown on the <br />plans submitted for issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />Protective chain link fencing shall be installed around the existing white alder tree to be <br />saved during all construction activities. The location of said fencing shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director. In addition, the following tree <br />preservation methods shall be followed: <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall utilize his best efforts to locate any new utility trenches outside <br />the dripline of the white aider tree. <br /> <br />b. No oil, gasoline, chemicals, or other harmful materials shall be deposited or <br />disposed within the dripline of the existing tree or in drainage channels, swales, or areas <br />that may lead to the dripline. <br /> <br />c. No signs, wires, or ropes shall be attached to the existing tree. <br /> <br />d. No stockpiling/storage of construction materials, fill, etc., shall take place <br />underneath or within 5' of the dripline of the existing tree. <br /> <br />Page - 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
