EXHIBIT B <br /> Payment Schedule <br /> 1. Compensation. CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for all plan review services rendered in <br /> accordance with the percentage of the plan review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. For <br /> plumbing, mechanical, electrical and/ or fire protection system plan review services rendered <br /> the CITY shall pay $95.61 per hour. CONSULTANT shall submit invoices, not more often <br /> than once per month, based upon the work completed. If requested by the CONSULTANT' <br /> and agreed to by the CITY other payment schedules may be considered. CONSULTANT <br /> shall be paid an amount for each full plan review project equal to either the minimum of one <br /> hour of the hourly rate or fifty five percent (55 of the plan review fee collected by the <br /> CITY whichever is higher. A full plan review includes a first review of a complete set of <br /> all plans and documents submitted by a building /fire permit applicant and a subsequent <br /> review of any additional submitted material from a building /fire permit applicant based on <br /> comments generated by the plan reviewer during the first review. Revisions, delayed <br /> submittals, and additional plan reviews beyond the second review and other non permit fee <br /> projects will be billed on an hourly rate of ninety -five dollars and sixty -one cents an hour <br /> ($95.61 /hour). There is no over -time rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment <br /> schedules may be considered at the sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its <br /> collection method or fee schedule or if requested by the CONSULTANT and agreed to by <br /> the CITY. <br /> 2. Payment schedule. CITY shall make every effort to make payments within thirty (30) <br /> business days after receiving and approving a billing statement in proportion to the <br /> satisfactory completion of CONSULTANT'S services. <br /> 3. Longevity Increase for HourlyCharges. For each succeeding year of this contract starting <br /> on July, 2010 all hourly rates, as described herein above. will increase three percent (3 per <br /> hour per year. <br /> 12 <br />
