b. The CONSULTANT shall make contract personnel and CONSULTANT resources <br /> available for emergency response at the same hourly rates and conditions specified in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> c. The CONSULTANT acknowledges that emergency response work may require <br /> variations in work hours and assignments. <br /> Other Duties. CONSULTANT shall perform other related activities and duties as requested by <br /> the CITY. Fees for such services shall be paid on a time and material basis at the hourly rate as <br /> proscribed for normal plan review work. <br /> Consultant Cost Estimates. On an annual basis as requested by the Building Official or Fire <br /> Marshal, and in conjunction with the City Budget process. CONSULTANT shall submit a <br /> summary of monthly and annualized billing throughout the preceding year. The <br /> CONSULTANT may also be asked to provide an estimate of anticipated annualized future <br /> billing for services under this Agreement. Given the inability to precisely predict building <br /> activity. these projections are for planning purposes only and there shall not be a guaranteed <br /> number of hours of service under this Agreement. <br /> Facilities for records. When the CONSULTANT is directed to perform plan review services at <br /> the CITY offices, the CITY shall provide office space for conducting the duties set forth in this <br /> Agreement, and shall provide necessary furnishings, telephone, permit forms, computers and <br /> codes. Within this office space, CONSULTANT shall assemble such records customarily <br /> maintained by a City Building Division, as directed by the Building Official. Such records shall. <br /> at all times, be the property of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> 11 <br />
