MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> June 2, 2009 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Vice -Mayor Cook <br /> Kallio led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> CLOSED SESSION <br /> City Attorney Roush reported on Closed Session, stating that the City Council voted unanimously to <br /> direct staff to prepare a supplemental EIR containing a comparison of the two and four lane <br /> Stoneridge Drive Extension alternatives, as well as an updated biological survey. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho requested continuance of Item 2; a resolution amending the Master Fee <br /> Schedule. Further revision is required before the Council takes action. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular minutes of April 21, 2009 and regular and special minutes of May 5, 2009 <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Pulled from the agenda Adopt a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule relating to <br /> Parking Citations and introduce an ordinance to amend Pleasanton Municipal Code 11.30 to <br /> delete reference to Parking Permit Fee <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Adopted Resolution No. 09 -294 finding a severe fiscal hardship will exist if additional local <br /> property tax funds are seized and additional unfunded mandates are adopted by the State of <br /> California <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a maintenance services contract to <br /> Team Econolite for traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair services for a monthly <br /> amount of $146 per signal; and authorized the Director of Community Development to <br /> approve future contract extensions <br /> 6. Adopted Resolution No. 09 -295 replacing the two -hour limited time parking zone with a <br /> three -hour limited time parking zone in the Downtown <br />
