The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority currently plans a new modified <br /> Route 10 Bus Rapid Transit project (RAPID) along ita existing the Livermore <br /> segments of Route 10. This route runs from the Pleasanton /Dublin BART station to <br /> the Lawrence Livermore and Sandia National Laboratories. The RAPID service <br /> would substantially reduce commute times along this line. <br /> 6.11 As noted in answer to 3.1, above, the passage of Measures PP and QQ will result in several <br /> text changes to the proposed General Plan. The definition of gross developable acres in <br /> relation to residential density is discussed in the Draft Land Use Element, p.2 -31, last <br /> paragraph. Measure PP does not provide a specific definition of gross developable acres, <br /> and, since it excludes parcels with a development potential of 10 or fewer residential units, it <br /> would not apply to all potentially developable land.
