Ms. Ja Ake Stern
Mr. Brian Dolan
November 24, 2008
Page 3 Y
Extension will be constructed and that it will nut be constructed, with separate sets of mitigation I 2.5
meal es for each scenario.
Also, there appears to be an error on Figure 3 -6 (Buildour Level of Service (LOS C)
and below)) of the Draft General Plan. This Figure shows that the Stoneridge Drive/El CFiarro
Road intersection will operate at an LOS D in the AM peak hour and an LOS F in the PM peak
hour and that the Stanley Boulevard /El Charra Road intersection will operate at an LOS F in both
the A:i1 and PM peak hours. The Draft General Plan stares, at 3 -12. that "Figure 3-6 shows
buildout levels of service with additional mitigations." This statement, however, is inconsistent with 2.6
Table 3 -7 in the Draft General Plan and Table 3.2-6 in the DEOR, both of which show that the
Stoneridge Dtiv'e/EJ Charra Road interaction will operate at an 1.05 D both the AM and PM
peak hours and that the Stanley Boulevard /EJ Charm Road intersection will operate at an LOS 1) in
the AM peak hour and LOS C in the PM peak hour. Figure 3 -6 in the Draft General Plan should
be ups ated to reflect the correct intersection buildout levels of service with additional mitigations as
detailed in Table 3 -7 of the Draft General Plan and Table 3.2 -6 of the DEM.
We appreciate your consideration of these issues, and we are available to respond to
any yt estiotu that ,vein may have,
r Very truly yours,
Margo N. Bradish
MNBrAKF
iisiwytiorm
