13. That the applicant submit a detailed site plan that includes <br /> specific setback standards for spas, patio covers, arbors, <br /> trellises and decks proposed within the private courtyard <br /> areas. Said standards shall be subject to review and <br /> approval by the Planning Director prior to the tentative map <br /> submittal. <br /> 14. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference, except Conditions 12, 13, 26, 29, 31, <br /> 46 and 56. <br /> 15.
