Although there is complete harmony betWeen the two documents regarding the <br />goals and overall vision for the sites, there are minor differences between the two concerning <br />how these goals should be implemented. <br /> <br />Listed below is an itemized list of these minor differences: <br /> <br />Sites <br /> <br />. The DPTS is a guide for design improvements for 8 sites in the downtown area. <br />o Wayside Park (now "Lions Wayside Park") <br />o DeLucchi Park <br />o Fire Station No. 1 <br />o Regional Corridor (Alameda County Transportation Corridor, or AcrC, on <br />the old SPRR right-of-way) from Stanley Avenue to Bernal Avenue <br />o Arroyo del Valle, from First Street to the UPRR right-of-way <br />o Main Street Green <br />o Main Street Bridge (over the Arroyo del V aile) <br />o Downtown Square (for program recommendations only; no design <br />recommendations were included) <br /> <br />Modifications <br />The following modifications relate to Items 1-29 of the Technical Appendix of the <br />Downtown Specific Plan (DSP). <br /> <br />The following reflects the Parks and Recreation Commission recommendations for <br />modifications to the Draft Master Plan for the Downtown Parks & Trails System (DPTS): <br />.
