<br />DRAFT MASTER PLAN FDR THE DPTS <br /> <br />MAIN STREET GREEN <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Main St. Gteen is a small, generally flat, park site <br />formed by the combination of two City properties. <br />One is the existing park (0.12 acre) at the north side <br />of the Main St. Bridge, located on the east side of <br />Main St. The other is the adjacent property to the <br />east, the City's corpotation yard and storage area on <br />Vervais Dr., called the Vervais Yard (0.3 acre). <br /> <br />The existing park contains an area of lawn with <br />a few trees, and a small paved area with a drinking <br />fountain, bus srop, and sign describing the trail to <br />the Arroyo del Valle. The Vervais Yard is surrounded <br />by chain link fence, with a storage building and a <br />large paved driveway. <br /> <br />The park and corporation yard are located at the. <br />north side of the Arroyo del Valle, at the top of a <br />steep slope down to the creek area. The park is the <br />major entrance point into the Arroyo in the down- <br />town area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Abov.: <br />Trail to <br />th.
