REGIONAL TRAIL/TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR <br /> <br />USE S : The corridor should accommodate the following uses. <br />Pedestrian and bicycle circulation, parking, equestrian, access to commercial. <br /> <br />GOALS: <br />. Safe street crossings for bicyclists and pedestrians. <br />. Separation of conflicting uses (e.g., bicyclists from pedestrians). <br />. Accommodate parking. <br />To support downtown businesses. <br />To replace any parking lost, if Downtown Square concept is supported. <br />. Encourage the removal or improvement of the existing in-place railroad <br />exhibit. <br />. Improve the aesthetic appearance of the Corridor. <br />.
