That the building pad for "Parcel B" of Lot 20 <br /> shall be located substantially as shown in the site <br /> plan, Exhibit A, at an elevation no higher than 530 <br /> feet. <br /> <br /> 4. That the owner submit a final grading plan for <br /> Parcels A and B of Lot 20 for review and approval <br /> by the Planning Director prior to any grading on <br /> the site. The plans shall show the final grading <br /> of both building pads as well as the origin of all <br /> fill material imported to the site. <br /> <br /> 5. That the owner submit a certified tree report for <br /> the site to the Planning Director for review and <br /> approval prior to any grading on either Parcel A or <br /> Parcel B of Lot 20. All grading and tree <br /> preservation measures shall be done pursuant to the <br /> conclusions and recommendations contained in said <br /> report. <br /> <br /> 6. That, except as modified by the conditions of the <br /> subject case, all conditions of Cases PUD-82-16 <br /> through PUD-82-16-2M shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on August 4, 1987. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on August 18, 1987 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE~ET~I R.
