CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1327 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF HSC DEVELOPMENT AND RALPH <br /> ROMERO FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO PERMIT THE FURTHER SUBDIVISION OF A <br /> SINGLE PARCEL INTO TWO LOTS TO BE LOCATED AT THE <br /> TERMINUS OF GRAY FOX COURT (PUD-82-16-3M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission <br /> denied the application of HSC Development and Ralph <br /> Romero for a major modification to the approved planned <br /> unit development for the 47-unit Foxbrough Estates <br /> development at the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City <br /> Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 4, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 87:299) together with a copy <br /> of the Staff Report to the Planning Commission regarding <br /> this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br /> applicant and any other member of the public was offered <br /> an opportunity to present evidence regarding this <br /> appeal; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of HSC Development and Ralph <br /> Romero and thereby approves the application for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> 47-unit residential project to permit the further <br /> subdivision of a single parcel into two lots to be <br /> located at the terminus of Gray Fox Court, ~ubject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That small project growth management approval must <br /> be granted for the additional one lot prior to <br /> filing a subdivision map for the subject site. The <br /> additional lot (to be designated by the owner) <br /> shall be subject to the restrictions of the Vintage <br /> Hills/Vineyard Avenue development moratorium. <br /> <br /> <br />
